How are packages delivered?

Packages are delivered to our on-site package room. Once your package is delivered, you will receive a code to access it, or you can access the package room through the Luxer One app.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

You can submit a maintenance request through your resident portal or contact the leasing office during business hours. For after-hours emergencies, please contact our emergency maintenance team.

What are the amenity hours?

• Pool, Hot Tub & Outdoor Fireplace: 10:00 AM10:00 PM, MondaySunday
• Fitness Center: Open 24 hours

When does the pool and hot tub open for the season?

The pool is open seasonally from May through September. The hot tub is open year-round.

How many guests can I have in the pool area?

Each household may have up to two guests in the pool area.

How long does the application process take?

The standard application process typically takes up to 48 hours, although processing times may vary.

Are the patios the same size in every floor plan?

Yes. Patio sizes are the same across all floor plans.

Are grills allowed on the patios?

No. Grills are not permitted on individual patios. We offer two on-site grilling stations for residents to enjoy.

Where can my guests park?

Guests may park in any uncovered parking space that is not marked as reserved.

Is there a grace period for rent, and what are the late fees? 

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. There is a grace period through the 3rd, during which no late fee is charged. After the grace period, the late fee is 10% of your base rent.

What is your pet policy, and do you have breed restrictions?  We are a pet-friendly community and allow up to two pets per household. Breed restrictions follow Greystar standards and include:
